In addition to our weekly lunches and monthly coffee houses, the BCM at Jackson State also offers other activities to reach the college students in our community. Three of these events that are held regularly are white water rafting, pancake breakfasts and pizza blasts.

Every Fall we take a white water rafting trip to raft on the Ocoee River near Cleveland, TN. This is a great opportunity for new students to get to know existing members of the BCM.

Pizza blasts are held in the beginning of each Fall & Spring Semester on a Wednesday for lunch. We provide pizza and drinks free of charge as a way to meet and greet students at Jackson State Community College.

Pancake breakfasts are held at the end of every Fall & Spring Semester. They are typically held in the morning of the first day of finals from 7 - 10 a.m. We provide pancakes, sausage & juice free of charge to students at Jackson State Community College. This is a great way for students to get the energy they need for Finals week and a great way for us to minister to the students.
